Our puppies are guaranteed to be healthy and inspected by our local vet.
They also come with a health certificate certified by our vet. They will have
all shots up-to-date at the time of sale, dew claws removed and tails docked.
Ear cropping will be the responsibility of the new owner. Puppies are
covered against any life-threatening genetic defects until age one year. A
puppy is purchased as it is on the day of sale and to be exactly as stated.
Any claim of genetic defects must be accompanied by a vet explanation and
lab reports. All expenses will be the responsibility of the current owner.
The extent of our responsibility is to replace the puppy with the same sex
(equal or better quality). This means that you ship your puppy back for
the exchange to be expedited at your expense as soon as a puppy is
available. A copy of a detailed contract is available for you to sign with the
purchase of a puppy. All Boxers with 1/3 rd or more white will be required
to sign a spay or neuter contract.
PUPPY RETURNS
When you receive your puppy you have 72 hours to bring it to a licenced vet
for an examination. After this time period, no returns will be excepted for
refund and the puppy is 100% your responsibility. If you are not happy and
choose to return the puppy you must make arrangements with us before the
72 hours has expired. You must also pay all expenses in returning the puppy
to us. When we receive the puppy it must be in the same physical condition
as it was before it was shipped. If the puppy needs special care when it is
returned, you are responsible for the charges. You will be refunded your
purchase price, minus your deposit fee of $300.00 and a 25% fee that
covers transportation to and from the airport, shipping preparation fees and
any other cost you may have caused us.
